The Department of English is one of the most vibrant departments of Primeasia University, which has established its identity as an excellent center for learning the English language. The Department of English at Primeasia began its journey since 2003. English Department is working to help students in building up the language abilities that they need to become in graduate schools and their future lives. It focuses on implementing student-centered and creative language teaching techniques by developing modules based on students’ proficiency levels. This abstains from having blended capacity classes as well as guarantees little classes with the fantastic association among instructors and students. The Department offers the following courses: Basic English, Introduction to Composition, Advanced Composition, and Business Communication. These English courses help to improve students’ supremacy in English skills by covering and enhancing the four skills of the English language. The courses aim to develop interactive and communicative abilities, scholastic composition, critical reading, and listening aptitudes. It incorporates understanding perception, syntactic substance, various speaking listening activities.
We are glad for our exceptionally qualified and committed faculty members, who are constantly keen to help students with giving their best in the scholastic and individual circles of life. There are (07) seven full-time faculty members along with a couple of visiting faculty members from reputed public universities in our department. The English department is running adroitly with large classrooms, an exceptionally modern language research center, regular counseling by the faculty members, and facilities for developing extracurricular activities like; publishing wall magazine, organizing spelling competition, and arranging mock-interview tests.
